Belk one of the most dynamic retailers in the Southeast with over 300 stores is currently seeking an Inventory Control Specialist for our new E-commerce fulfillment center scheduled to open this summer in Pineville, NC. This position will be responsible for assisting the Production Control/IT Manager with all inventory control activities involving PKMS, receiving, putaway of merchandise, cycle counts, wave reports, pick/pull and shipping accuracy. This position will be responsible for SKU to bin location optimization, new inventory, inventory transfers, Cubiscan training, order pick ticket accuracy and timeliness. Additional duties will involve assisting in system updates, being the backup data system security administrator and to assist in maintaining the facility pc's and RF scanners. We are looking for individuals who are proactive in trouble-shooting and customer service that will be imperative in a start-up environment. This is a job that will have various responsibilities and wear several "hats" so qualified candidates should be flexible and be able to react and solve problems quickly.
